This may be true, but only if you have an engineer who can help you launch and build ICO-ready tokens for free, which is in itself a kind of bootstrap problem. Unless the Ethereum easy to ship claim is really that true, which I have not deeply investigated. If it’s easy to simply write code on top of Ethereum and issue a token and fund it, then I’m ready.
